Comparison of Efficacy of Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin calcium tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(hereinafter referred to as coronary heart disease).Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Caoxian County Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and ref-erence group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets.The blood lipid levels,labora-tory related indexes and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the level of tri-glyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,amino terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor and homocysteine in observation group were lower than those in reference group,and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in reference group,the differences were not statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,slightly higher than that of the ref-erence group(92.50%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.263,P>0.05).Conclusion In the treat-ment of patients with coronary heart disease,rosuvastatin calcium tablets have better effects on their blood lipid levels and internal microenvironment,and the overall therapeutic effect is comparable to atorvastatin calcium tablets.
