Objective To analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing on nursing quality in operating room. Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing surgical treatment in Dejiang County People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random drawing method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received evidence-based nursing. The effect of the two nursing methods was compared. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were(34.03±2.52)points and(43.42±3.50)points,which were lower than(36.37±2.61)points and(48.22±3.57)points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.229,6.296,both P<0.05).The Newcastle Satis-faction With Nursing Scales score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can improve the safety of surgery, promote the improvement of patients'behavior and psychological state, enhance pa-tient satisfaction, and have good results.
