Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Nursing on the Psychological State of Pa-tients with Thyroid Nodule after Surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing on improving the psychological state of pa-tients undergoing thyroid nodule surgery.Methods 70 patients with thyroid nodule surgery treated in Tengzhou Hospi-tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to August 2022 were simple randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing and the study group received cognitive behavioral nursing.The psychological state,self-care ability,cognitive level,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of Self-rating Depression Scale was(36.13±5.28)points and Self-rating Anxiety Scale was(35.47±4.37)points in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of self-care ability(88.23±8.41)points,(38.58±4.76)points,(45.83±3.16)points and cognitive level were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.543,6.674,6.518,4.614,11.384,15.521,13.279,all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfac-tion of the study group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of cognitive behavioral nursing on patients with thyroid nodule surgery is good,which can not only improve the psychological state,self-care ability and cognitive level,but also improve the nursing satisfaction and improve the quality of life.
