Analysis of the Application Effect of Optimizing Emergency Nursing Pro-cess in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of optimizing emergency nursing process on patients with acute myocardial infarction(MI).Methods A total of 92 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in Qingdao Chengyang District People's Hospital from September 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects and di-vided into two groups with 46 cases in each group by random drawing method. The control group received routine emergency nursing, and the observation group received optimizing emergency nursing. The emergency rescue time and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The triage evaluation time was(1.62±0.20)min,infusion channel establishment time was(4.70±1.12)min,electrocardiogram time was(4.24±0.77)min and total rescue time was(45.62±5.41)min in the observation group, which were shorter than those in the control group, the dif-ferences were statistically significant(t=8.763,2.455,4.774,2.693,all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of obser-vation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The application of optimizing emergency nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with acute myo-cardial infarction and play an important role in shortening the emergency rescue time.
