Application of Clustered Nursing Care in Postoperative Care after Trans-catheter Aortic Valve Placement
Objective To investigate the application effect of implementing clustered nursing care in the postoperative care of patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement. Methods 80 patients who received transcatheter aortic valve placement treatment in Nanjing First Hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were simple randomly se-lected as study subjects and divided into two groups of 40 cases each according to the random number table method. The control group adopted conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group adopted conventional plus clustered nursing care intervention.Compare the psychological state, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group after intervention were(46.23±4.27)points and(45.38±4.27)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the con-trol group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.677,7.716,both P<0.05).All scores of quality of life in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clustered nursing care in the postoperative care of patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve placement helps to improve the nega-tive emotions of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and increase patient satisfaction.
