Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Nursing Intervention Using Rapid Reha-bilitation Surgical Concepts in Foot Fracture Patients
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical care on foot fracture patients. Methods 90 patients with foot fractures who attended Liaocheng People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were simple ran-domly selected for the study.Utilizing the random lottery method,45 cases were grouped in each of the two groups.Routine care was given to the control group and rapid rehabilitation surgical care was given to the observation group. The foot function, postoperative complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The foot function scores of the observation group at 3,6,and 12 months after intervention were(60.45±5.73)points,(76.41±5.91)points,and(84.67±5.11)points in that order, which were higher than those of the control group(55.67±5.52)points,(64.15±5.62)points,and(77.64±4.92)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.030,10.084,6.648,all P<0.05).Total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical care is conducive to promoting the recovery and improvement of foot function in patients with foot fracture, reducing the incidence of complications and better quality of life of patients.
