Analysis of the Intervention Effect of Acupoint Plastering Traditional Chi-nese Medicine Nursing Care on Patients with Cerebral Infarction in the Recovery Period
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of acupoint plastering traditional Chinese medicine nurs-ing style intervention in patients recovering from cerebral infarction. Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period who attended Jinan Nationalities Hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as study objects and grouped according to the randomized table method,60 patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing care, and 60 patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint plastering tradi-tional Chinese medicine nursing care.Comparison of patients'neurological function, quality of life and limb muscle strength, nursing satisfaction. Results After nursing, the neurological function of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of patients with all levels of muscle strength in the observation group was 16.67%and 83.33%respectively,which was better than 33.33%and 66.67%in the control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.444,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of acupoint plastering traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with cere-bral infarction in the recovery period, improve the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery pe-riod,and alleviate the impact of the disease on the level of muscle strength of their limbs.
