Analysis of the Effect of PALBI Scoring System-assisted Nursing Interven-tion in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis and Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective To explore the value of Platelet-albumin-bilirubin Index(PALBI)scoring system-assisted nurs-ing intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 90 patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were simple randomly selected as study subjects, and were divided into the control group and the observa-tion group according to the lottery method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing care, and the observation group was given PALBI scoring system-assisted nursing care.Nursing satisfaction, negative emotions, quality of life scores and other indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The nurs-ing satisfaction of the observation group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.075,P<0.05).The negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the day of discharge and at 3 months of follow-up,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PALBI scoring system-assisted nursing in cirrhosis patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has a higher value of use,and is worthy of clinical reference.
