肝硬化与消化道出血患者的PALBI评分系统辅助护理干预的效果分析

摘要
目的 探讨血小板-白蛋白-胆红素指数(Platelet-albumin-bilirubin Index,PALBI)评分系统辅助护理干预在肝硬化上消化道出血患者中的使用价值.方法 单纯随机选取2022年1月—2023年6月聊城人民医院收治的90例肝硬化上消化道出血患者为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组及观察组,每组45例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予PALBI评分系统辅助护理.对两组护理满意度、负面情绪、生活质量评分等指标进行比较.结果 观察组护理满意度(95.56%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.075,P<0.05).观察组负面情绪评分在出院当天、随访3个月时均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 PALBI评分系统辅助护理在肝硬化上消化道出血患者中的使用价值更高,值得临床借鉴.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of Platelet-albumin-bilirubin Index(PALBI)scoring system-assisted nurs-ing intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 90 patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were simple randomly selected as study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observa-tion group according to the lottery method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing care,and the observation group was given PALBI scoring system-assisted nursing care.Nursing satisfaction,negative emotions,quality of life scores and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The nurs-ing satisfaction of the observation group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.075,P<0.05).The negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the day of discharge and at 3 months of follow-up,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PALBI scoring system-assisted nursing in cirrhosis patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has a higher value of use,and is worthy of clinical reference.
