Analysis of the Difference of Therapeutic Effect between TCM Directional Penetration Therapy and Medium Frequency Pulse Electrical Stimulation in the Treatment of Hemiplegic Shoulder Pain
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration and medium fre-quency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with hemiplegia and shoulder pain admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to November 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into drug penetration group and stimu-lation group,with thirty cases in each group by dice.The drug penetration group received traditional Chinese medi-cine directional penetration treatment,and the stimulation group received medium frequency pulse electrical stimula-tion treatment.Pain,shoulder motion,limb function and effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain score of the drug penetration group was lower than that of the stimulation group,the shoulder joint motion was higher than that of the stimulation group,and the upper limb function and upper limb self-care abil-ity were better than those of the stimulation group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The to-tal effective rate of treatment in the drug penetration group was 96.67%,higher than that of the stimulation group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.192,P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medi-cine directional penetration therapy can greatly reduce the shoulder pain problem,expand the shoulder joint motion,improve the shoulder joint function,high efficiency,compared with the medium frequency pulse electrical stimulation,the effect is better.
