Curative Effect of Qingfei Huatan Decoction+Acupoint Application on Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Stage
Objective To explore the effect of Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with acupoint application on pa-tients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage.Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease in stable stage admitted to Anxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Qingfei Huatan Decoction,the observation group was treated with Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with acupoint application.The clinical effi-cacy,TCM syndrome score,lung function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.74%)was higher than that of control group(78.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.145,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the lung function index of the observation group was higher and the TCM syndrome score was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients,oral Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy can further reduce clini-cal symptoms,improve lung function and improve therapeutic effect,and the combined treatment program is safe and reliable.
