摘要
肛瘘作为一种常见的肛肠疾病,其手术后的创面愈合对患者的恢复至关重要.中药治疗不仅注重病变部位的直接作用,而且强调整体调理和内外结合的治疗原则.中药可以通过调整人体的内在平衡,从根本上改善患者的体质,提高机体自身的修复能力,这对于预防肛瘘的复发和促进长期愈合具有重要意义.本文将通过文献综述,进一步分析中药多途径综合疗法在肛瘘手术后促进创面愈合中的作用,继而为其在临床应用中的推广奠定坚实基础.
Abstract
As a common anorectal disease,post-surgical wound healing of anal fistula is crucial for patients'recov-ery.Chinese medicine treatment not only focuses on the direct effect of the lesion,but also emphasizes the overall con-ditioning and the combination of internal and external therapeutic principles.Chinese medicine can fundamentally im-prove the patient's physique and enhance the body's own repair ability by adjusting the body's internal balance,which is of great significance in preventing the recurrence of anal fistula and promoting long-term healing.In this pa-per,we will further analyze the role of Chinese medicine multi-pathway integrated therapy in promoting wound heal-ing after anal fistula surgery through literature review,and then lay a solid foundation for its promotion in clinical ap-plication.
