Clinical Application of Yin Deficiency and Phlegm Stasis Blocking Collater-als in Treating Chronic Pharyngitis
Chronic pharyngitis is a chronic inflammation of the pharyngeal mucosa,submucosa and lymphoid tissue.The main clinical symptoms are dry pharynx,itching,foreign body sensation in pharynx,cough,nausea and retching.It has the characteristics of long course of disease,easy recurrence,prolonged and difficult to cure.Western medicine treatment of this disease is mainly to remove the cause of the disease and use the correct drug,but the actual drug ef-fect is affected by individual differences of patients and other interfering factors.TCM treatment pays attention to syn-drome differentiation,mainly from Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,phlegm stasis,Qi deficiency types of treatment,ac-cording to the characteristics of the syndrome type to determine the treatment,combined with the patient's clinical manifestations,TCM syndromes characteristics,to be treated with syndrome differentiation.This article briefly re-viewed the research progress of TCM treatment of chronic pharyngitis,and focused on the clinical application of Yin deficiency phlegm stasis blocking collaterals.
