Analysis of the Effect of Sugammadex Sodium Application in Deep Muscle Relaxation Laparoscopic Surgery in Elderly Patients
Objective To analyze the effect of sugammadex sodium applied to deep muscle relaxation laparoscopic sur-gery in elderly patients. Methods Eighty-two elderly patients admitted to Xuzhou Cancer Hospital for laparoscopic surgery from January to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the study subjects, and were divided into two groups of 41 cases each by random number table method. In the observation group, sugammadex sodium was used to antagonize muscle relaxation, and in the control group, neostigmine+atropine was used to antagonize muscle relax-ation.The two groups were compared in terms of muscle relaxation recovery indexes, muscle relaxation residual condi-tion and complications. Results The observation group's extubation time, anesthesia recovery room stay time, muscle recovery index and TOF recovery to 0.9 were better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically sig-nificant(t=9.383,10.830,11.110,13.181,all P<0.05).At 5 and 15 min with muscarinic antagonist, the residual rate of muscle relaxation in the observation group was 12.20%and 0,respectively,which were lower than that in the con-trol group, which were 41.46%and 26.83%,the differences were statistically significant(χ2=8.945,12.704,both P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Antagonizing muscle relaxation with deep muscle relaxation laparo-scopic surgery with sugammadex sodium in elderly patients can shorten the time of patients'extubation and anesthesia recovery room stay, with lower residual rate of muscle relaxation and fewer complications.
