Clinical Effect Analysis of Percutaneous Transhepatic Gallbladder Drain-age Combined with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Acute Calculous Cholecystitis
Objective To study the effect of using percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage(PTGBD)combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis(ACC).Methods Seventy-eight ACC patients admitted to Peixian People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups of 39 cases each by randomized table method. The control group was treated with LC,and the observation group was treated with PTGBD combined with LC.The surgical indexes,inflamma-tory factor levels, complications and intermediate open rate were compared between the two groups. Results The intra-operative blood loss and abdominal drainage flow of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the operation and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The postoperative inflammatory factor level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate and the rate of inter-mediate opening in the observation group were 2.56%and 0,respectively,which were lower than 20.51%and 15.38%in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.522,4.514,both P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of PTGBD+LC for ACC patients is remarkable, which can reduce their inflammatory response, decrease complications, and reduce the rate of intermediate open abdomen.
