Effectiveness of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy for Acute Respi-ratory Distress Syndrome and Analysis of SAA,IL-6,and CRP Levels
Objective To analyze the effect of adopting a continuous renal replacement therapy for the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome admitted to Fugu County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the reference group(n=30)and the study group(n=30)by using the method of random number table.The reference group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with continuous re-nal replacement therapy on the basis of the reference group.Compare the treatment effect,hospitalization time,symp-tom relief time,blood oxygen index,inflammatory factor index,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The study group had a higher treatment efficiency than the reference group,and the hospitalization time and symptom relief time were shorter than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the blood oxygen index and inflammatory factor index of the study group were better than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total inci-dence of adverse reactions in the study group(6.67%)was lower than that in the reference group(26.67%),and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical adoption of continuous renal replacement method for the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome can significantly reduce the level of inflammation in patients,improve the prognosis of living standard,with clinical application value.
