Clinical Efficacy Study of CRRT in the Treatment of Renal Failure Com-bined with Refractory Heart Failure
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)application in the clinical treatment of patients with renal failure combined with refractory heart failure.Methods Sixty-two patients with renal failure combined with refractory heart failure admitted to Jiangsu Lianyungang Ganyu District People's Hos-pital from January 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected for the study.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group practiced conventional treat-ment,and the observation group applied CRRT treatment on the basis of the control group,comparing the renal func-tion indexes,cardiac function indexes,inflammatory factor levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood creatinine of the observation group was(170.15±9.57)μmol/L,urea nitro-gen was(11.09±1.18)mmol/L,and cystatin C was(0.69±0.08)mg/L,which were better than those of the control group,such as(196.23±10.32)μmol/L,(15.40±2.21)mmol/L,(0.98±0.14)mg/L,respectively,and the differences were statis-tically significant(t=10.317,9.579,10.014,all P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,left ven-tricular end-diastolic volume index,and left ventricular end-systolic volume index of the observation group were bet-ter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and interleukin-10 in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion CRRT therapy for the treatment of renal failure combined with refractory heart failure can improve the body's re-nal and cardiac functional status,reduce the body's inflammatory response,avoid the occurrence of serious adverse re-actions,and ensure patient safety.
