Analysis of Prognosis-related Risk Factors for Acute Upper Gastrointesti-nal Bleeding
Objective To analyze the prognosis-related risk factors of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Ulanqab Center Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were retrospectively selected, and the patients were divided into the group with poor prognosis(45 cases)and the group with good prognosis(45 cases)according to their prognosis. The differences in gender, age, history of liver disease, vomiting blood, impaired consciousness, and combined Helicobacter pylori infection were com-pared between the two groups, and the risk factors related to the prognosis of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were analyzed by multifactorial Logistic regression. Results The differences in age, history of liver disease, vomiting blood, impaired consciousness, and combined Helicobacter Pylori infection in the good prognosis group were statisti-cally significant when compared with those in the poor prognosis group(all P<0.05).Age≥60 years, history of liver disease, vomiting blood, presence of impaired consciousness, and combined Helicobacter pylori infection were risk fac-tors for poor prognosis of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding(all P<0.05).Conclusion Age≥60 years, history of liver disease, vomiting blood, presence of impaired consciousness, and combined Helicobacter pylori infection are risk factors for poor prognosis of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and perioperative prophylaxis is needed.
