Evaluation and Analysis of the Efficacy of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Patients with Gallbladder Stones
Objective To explore the actual efficacy of standardized laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with gallbladder stones. Methods 120 cases of gallbladder stone patients admitted to Tianzhu County People's Hospital be-tween January 2022 and December 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the tradi-tional group and the observation group by lottery method, each with 60 cases. The traditional group underwent tradi-tional open cholecystectomy and the observation group underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The intraoperative and postoperative clinical indexes, the level of inflammatory response indexes and the occurrence of complications were analyzed in the two groups under different surgical methods. Results The intraoperative bleeding and operation time of patients in the observation group were better than those in the traditional group, and the hospitalization time, time for getting out of bed and time for the first exhaustion of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the traditional group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Comparison of the level of inflamma-tory reaction indexes between the two groups of gallbladder stone patients before surgery, the difference was not statis-tically significant(P>0.05).At 3 d postoperatively, the levels of interleukin-6 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the traditional group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than the 18.33%of the traditional group as well, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.175,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparo-scopic cholecystectomy for patients with gallbladder stones can shorten the overall operation time, reduce intraopera-tive bleeding, shorten the postoperative recovery time, reduce inflammatory reactions, and lower the probability of com-plications.
