Effect of Indapamide Combined with Amlodipine Tablet on Blood Pres-sure Level and Cardiac Function Index in Patients with Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To study the effect of indapamide combined with amlodipine tablets on blood pressure control and improvement of heart function in patients with hypertension and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods Seventy patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Lia-ocheng Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with thirty-five cases each.Control group was treated with amlodipine tablet alone,observation group was treated with amlodipine tablet combined with indapamide.Blood pressure control and cardiac function improvement were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.200,P=0.040).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were(121.51±9.98)mmHg and(79.46±6.98)mmHg,which were lower than those of the control group(135.27±8.09)mmHg and(93.17±7.30)mmHg,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=6.337,8.031,both P<0.001).Left ventricular ejection fraction and the level of ni-tric oxide in observation group and the level of endothelin-1 were higher than those in control group,and left ventricu-lar end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and the level of endothelin-1 were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the in-cidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.000,P=1.000).Conclusion Indapamide combined with am-lodipine tablets can promote the clinical effect observation of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,achieve good antihypertensive effect,thereby reducing the damage of vascular endothelial function and promoting the improvement of cardiac function,which is safe and effective.
