Influence of Continuous Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Func-tional Recovery after Hand Trauma Microsurgery
Objective To explore the effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing for patients with functional recovery af-ter hand trauma microsurgery.Methods Clinical data of eighty-two patients undergoing microsurgery for hand trauma received by the 904 Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Forceof the Joint Logistic Support Force of the people's Lib-eration Army from June to September were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with forty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the ob group was treated with continuous rehabilitation nursing.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,depression and anxi-ety of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than that in control group(80.49%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.100,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of social function,physiological function,daily activity function and vitality of patients in two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores was(15.91±2.92)and Hamilton Depression Scale scores was(11.81±3.28)in the observation group,which were lower than(20.19±4.36)and(15.26±3.82)in the control groups,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.142,4.333,both P<0.05).Conclusion The concept and principle of continuous rehabilitation nursing has brought a new rehabilitation paradigm for patients with hand trauma microsurgery,which can better improve the quality of life and psychological and emotional state of patients,and further improve nursing satisfaction.
