Application and Influence of Phased Health Education and Nursing Based on Hope Theory in Patients after Total Knee Arthroplasty
Objective To analyze the application and influence of phased health education and nursing based on hope theory in patients after total knee arthroplasty. Methods Seventy patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty treated in the Department of Orthopedics of Gulang County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects, and were divided into reference group(n=35)and observation group(n=35)using digital double-blind method. The reference group received routine nursing, and the observation group received phased health education and nursing based on hope theory on the basis of the reference group.Self-management ability, functional exercise compliance, prognostic quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The functional exercise compliance and prognostic quality of life scores in observation group were higher than those in reference group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in self-management ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the self-management ability score of observation group was higher than that of reference group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in observation group(94.29%)was higher than that in reference group(77.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.200,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of phased health education and nursing based on hope theory in patients after total knee arthroplasty is accurate, which can improve their self-management ability, functional exercise compliance, quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and has high clinical application value.
