Application of Systematic Cognitive Therapy Technique in Clinical Psycho-logical Nursing of Patients with Depression and Its Influence on Mental State
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention based on systematic cognitive therapy in pa-tients with depression.Methods The clinical data of seventy-two patients with depression in the 923rd Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force clinic from October 2021 to February 2023 were retro-spectively selected.Based on different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:control group(n=36)re-ceived routine nursing,observation group(n=36)received psychological intervention based on systematic cognitive therapy technology.The differences of anxiety score,depression score,psychosis score,self-knowledge,treatment atti-tude and social function deficit were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of anxi-ety and depression in the observation group were(44.58±3.91)and(45.77±4.33),which were lower than(47.41±3.63)and(49.39±4.82)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.182,3.252,both P<0.05).After the intervention,the psychiatric scores,social functional deficits and self-awareness scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic cognitive therapy technology assists the psychological care of patients with depression,alleviates the negative emotions of patients,and makes them recover in a short time and maintain a stable emotional state for a long time.Then gradually restore the normal mental state,improve self-perception and cognitive ability,promote patients to return to normal society,improve their social functions and social attributes,and achieve the ideal psychological,cognitive intervention and psychiatric treatment effects.
