Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Service in Patients with Kid-ney Stones after PCNL Operation
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(PCNL)in pa-tients with kidney stones.Methods A total of one hundred and forty-four patients with kidney stones who underwent PCNL treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from June 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently se-lected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups using a random draw.The control group(n=72)was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group(n=72)was treated with comprehensive nursing services.Post-operative complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The in-cidence of complications in the observation group was 4.17%,which was lower than 13.89%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.143,P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PCNL can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life of pa-tients,and enhance nursing satisfaction,and has significant clinical application value.
