Application Value of Syndrome Differentiation and Diet Combined with Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Ischemic Stroke
Objective To evaluate the nursing effect of syndrome differentiation and diet combined with rehabilitation nursing on patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Seventy patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the rehabilitation department of Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to October 2023 were ran-domly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group(n=35)was given routine nursing, and the study group(n=35)was given syndrome differentiation and diet combined with rehabilitation nursing.Nursing satisfaction, quality of life score, motor function score, occurrence of complications nutritional status were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no tatistically significant difference in the scores of daily living ability and motor function between the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing, the scores of daily living ability and motor function of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in nu-tritional status scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the nutritional status score of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 8.57%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(28.57%),and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=4.629,P=0.031).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was 97.14%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.081,P=0.024).Conclusion The application of syndrome differentiation and diet combined with rehabilitation nursing to pa-tients with ischemic stroke can improve their motor function, ensure good nutritional status, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction and improve quality of life.
