Clinical Value of Systematic Rehabilitation Nursing Service in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury Accompanied by Neurogenic Bladder Dysfunction
Objective To explore the effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal cord injury ac-companied by neurogenic bladder dysfunction. Methods Eighty patients with spinal cord injury accompanied by neuro-genic bladder dysfunction admitted to Jinan Licheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with forty cases in each group.Control group with routine nursing, observation group with systematic re-habilitation nursing.Bladder function, complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in bladder function between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the bladder volume was(347.64±15.82)mL and the maximum urine volume was(224.64±11.37)mL in the observation group were better than was(297.45±16.82)and(167.45±10.84)mL in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=13.747,23.024,both P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the dif-ferences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with spinal cord injury associated with neuro-genic bladder dysfunction can improve bladder function, reduce the risk of complications and have higher nursing sat-isfaction through systematic rehabilitation nursing.
