Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Clinical Application Value and Quality of Life of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Compli-cated with Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in interventional treatment of pa-tients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary herat disease)complicated with diabetes. Methods Sixty-eight patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes who received treatment in the cardiovascular depart-ment of Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to February 2023 were conveniently se-lected as the study objects, and were divided into two groups according to the lottery rule, with thirty-four cases each. The control group took routine nursing, the observation group took comprehensive nursing. The blood glucose, blood pressure, quality of life and complications were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were(83.24±1.47)mmHg and(136.28±2.17)mmHg respectively, which were better than those of the control group(90.53±2.17)mmHg and(149.57±1.46)mmHg respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(t=16.217,29.629,both P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of compli-cations in the observation group was 2.94%,which was lower than that in the control group(17.64%),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can comprehensively im-prove the quality of life of patients, effectively control disease progression through monitoring and management of car-diovascular and blood glucose indicators, reduce the risk of complications, and improve the self-management ability of patients through education and psychological support, and further improve the quality of life.
