Analysis of the Application Value of Nursing Intervention under the Con-cept of Risk Control in the Perioperative of Percutaneous Coronary Inter-vention
Objective To explore the nursing intervention value of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)under the concept of risk control during perioperative period. Methods A total of one hundred and forty patients undergoing PCI treated in Tancheng County First People's Hospital from August 2021 to July 2023 were simple conveniently selected as the study objects, and the control group and observation group were divided by random number table method, with sixty-four cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received nursing intervention under the concept of risk control.Daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The Activity of Daily Living was(22.51±1.38)points of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.037,P<0.05).The indexes of quality of life(health status, physical function, mental health, social function)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Under the concept of risk con-trol,nursing intervention highlights the characteristics of risk prevention.During the perioperative period of PCI,the potential risk points can be identified and targeted intervention measures can be taken from multiple dimensions such as preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative,so as to improve the daily life ability and quality of life and meet the personalized nursing needs of patients.
