Objective To evaluate the effect of seamless butt joint nursing in acute digestive endoscopic nursing and its influence on physical and mental stress response.Methods A total of one hundred patients receiving acute diges-tive endoscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from December 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and grouped according to random number table method.Control group(in-cluded 50 cases,given routine nursing),observation group(included 50 cases,given seamless butt joint nursing).Physiological stress[diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),heart rate(HR)],psychological stress[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)],nursing satisfaction and cooperation between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,compared with con-trol group,DBP,SBP,HR,SAS and SDS in observation group were lower,GSES and total nursing satisfaction were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total compatibility of observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.983,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of seamless butt joint nursing in acute digestive endoscopic nursing can re-duce physical and mental stress response and improve satisfaction and cooperation.
