Exploring the Role of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Application in Laparoscopic Urology Upper Urinary Tract Surgery to Promote Patient Recovery
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of perioperative patients undergoing laparoscopic urology up-per urinary tract surgery after the intervention of accelerated rehabilitation surgery program.Methods 80 cases of lapa-roscopic urology upper urinary tract surgery patients admitted to the Department of Urology of Hongqi Hospital Affili-ated to Mudanjiang Medical College from January 2021 to December 2022 were simple conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd-even number-ing,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing care,and the observation group was treated with accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing care,comparing the psychological status,occurrence of complications,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups.Results After the nursing care,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing care,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group(5.00%)was lower than that of the control group(22.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observa-tion group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.275,P<0.05).After care,each score of quality of life in both groups was higher than that before care,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic urology upper urinary tract surgery patients with perioperative intervention using ac-celerated rehabilitation surgical care program,the physical and mental state is better,the risk of complications is lower,the satisfaction of nursing care is significantly higher,and the quality of life is significantly improved.
