目的 探讨辨证饮食护理联合中医推拿在功能性便秘患儿中的应用价值.方法 方便选取淄博市中医医院于2022年7月—2023年6月收治的86例功能性便秘患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.两组均予以西医治疗,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上增加辨证饮食护理联合中医推拿,比较两组患儿排便情况、Bristol粪便性状评分表(Bristol Stool Form Scale,BSFS)评分、中医证候积分及临床疗效.结果 干预1个月后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.67％,高于对照组的83.72％,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.962,P=0.026).观察组排便间隔时间为(2.15±0.56)d,短于对照组的(2.67±0.62)d,观察组每次排便时间为(13.62±1.67)min,短于对照组的(15.02±2.17)min,差异有统计学意义(t=4.081、3.353,P均<0.05).观察组BSFS评分高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在功能性便秘患儿药物治疗期间,中医推拿与辨证饮食护理的结合,有助于改善其便秘症状与排便性状,并可降低中医证候积分.
Analyzing the Effects of Identification Dietary Nursing Care Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Tuina on the Symptoms of Children with Functional Constipation
Objective To explore the application value of identification dietary nursing care combined with traditional Chinese medicine Tuina in children with functional constipation.Methods 86 cases of children with functional consti-pation admitted to Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently se-lected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups of 43 cases each by random number table method.Both groups were treated with western medicine,the control group was treated with conventional nursing care,and the ob-servation group was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine Tuina and identification dietary nurs-ing care on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of defecation,Bristol Stool Form Scale(BSFS)score,Traditional chinese medicine syndrome score and clinical efficacy.Results After 1 month of inter-vention,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67％,which was higher than that of 83.72％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.962,P=0.026).The time between defecation in the observation group was(2.15±0.56)d,which was shorter than(2.67±0.62)d in the control group,the time for each defecation in the observation group was(13.62±1.67)min,which was shorter than(15.02±2.17)min in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.081,3.353,both P<0.05).The BSFS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score were lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion During the drug treatment of children with functional constipation,the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Tuina and identification dietary nursing care can help to improve their constipation symptoms and defecation charac-teristics,and can reduce the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score.
