目的 分析黄芪桂枝五物汤联合醒脑启阖调枢针法治疗中风后遗症的效果.方法 随机选取2023年4-12月安顺市中医院收治的100例中风后遗症患者为研究对象,利用双盲法分为参照组与研究组,各50例.予以参照组黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,研究组在此基础上联合醒脑启阖调枢针法.治疗1个月后,比较两组中医证候积分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scoring Method,FMA)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)及生活自理能力量表(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL)评分及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗1个月后,研究组言语不利、意识不清、瞳神变化、口舌歪斜、头晕头痛评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组NIHSS评分低于参照组,FMA及ADL评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较(8.00%vs 4.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 黄芪桂枝五物汤与醒脑启阖调枢针法联合应用能有效改善中风后遗症患者症状,促使其运动、神经功能恢复,提升生活自理能力,安全性较高.
Effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction Combined with Xingnaoqihe Tiaoshu Acupuncture on Sequelae of Apoplexy
Objective To analyze the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Xingnaoqihe Tiaoshu acupuncture on apoplexy sequela.Methods A total of 100 patients with apoplexy sequelae admitted to Anshun Hospi-tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and di-vided into the reference group and the research group by double-blind method,with fifty cases in each group.The ref-erence group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,and the research group combined Xingnaoqihe Tiaoshu acupuncture on this basis.After 1 month of treatment,Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scoring Method(FMA),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)scores and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Af-ter 1 month of treatment,the scores of speech impairment,unconsciousness,pupil and eye changes,verbal skew,dizzi-ness and headache in the research group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the research group was lower than that of the reference group,and the FMA and ADL scores were higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(8.00%vs 4.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Xingnaoqihe Tiaoshu acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of apoplexy sequelae patients,promote the re-covery of their motor and nervous function,improve their self-care ability,and have high safety.
