Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Taohong Siwu on Ischemic Stroke
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of ischemic stroke patients receiving Banxia Baizhu Tianma de-coction combined with Taohong Siwu.Methods Forty patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Langfang Yongqing County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hebei Province from January 2023 to January 2024 were ran-domly selected as study subjects,and were divided into a study group and a control group by the method of random number table,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,and the study group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Taohong Siwu,and the treatment ef-fects of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment efficiency of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(65.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.906,P<0.05).After treat-ment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score and neurological function score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the limb function score and motor function score were higher than those of the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Taohong Siwu in the treatment of ischemic stroke can improve the patients'Traditional Chinese Medi-cine symptom scores and functional indexes,and enhance the therapeutic efficacy.
