Analysis of Clinical Value of Qingre Chushi Decoction and Piyan Decoc-tion in Treating Facial Seborrheic Dermatitis with Dampness-heat Inter-nalized Type
Objective To analyze the clinical value of implementing Qingre Chushi decoction and Piyan decoction in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis with dampness-heat internalized type.Methods Sixty patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis of dampness-heat internalized type admitted to Nanjing Jiangning District Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to September 2023 were randomly selected as study objects.According to the treatment method,they were divided into the control group(n=30)to implement the treatment of Qingre Chushi de-coction,and the study group(n=30)to implement the treatment of Piyan decoction.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement of facial oil,dry stool and thirst of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the facial skin score of patients in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treat-ment efficiency of patients in the study group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ 2=5.822,P<0.05).Conclusion Piyan decoction for the treatment of facial seb-orrheic dermatitis with dampness-heat internalized type can improve the patients'Traditional Chinese Medicine symp-toms and facial skin condition,improve the quality of life,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
