Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine Kan-glao Cream in the Treatment of Tuberculosis
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kanglao cream in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 100 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to the Department of Pulmonology,Kashgar Region Yengisar County People's Hospital from February to November 2023 were simple randomly selected as study objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group of 50 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with 2HRZE/4HR regimen,and the study group was added with Kanglao cream,and the therapeutic effects,biochemical indexes of liver function,and the total incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were re-corded.Results The clinical symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the lesion ab-sorption rate was higher than that of the control group,and the liver function indexes were better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 18.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion Kanglao cream combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of pulmo-nary tuberculosis can significantly reduce clinical symptoms,promote the absorption of lesions,and reduce the inci-dence of drug-induced liver injury and gastrointestinal reactions.
