Clinical Analysis of Scalp Acupunctur Retaining Needle Ombined with Re-habilitation Therapy in the Treatment of Post-stroke Dysphagia
Objective To explore the clinical effect of scalp needle retaining needle combined with rehabilitation therapy on dysphagia after stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with post-stroke dysphagia from the out-patient and inpatient departments of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Chinese Medicine and the Rehabilitation hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 was selected as the research objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used modern rehabilitation treatment for swallowing disorder;the observation group used it when scalp needle was retained. The Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment was observed and compared, the Water Swallow Test(WST)and the total treatment response rate were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, after 4 weeks of treatment, the WST and SSA scores in the control and observation groups were descended and the WST and SSA scores in the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05),and the total response rate in the control group was 73.33%(22/30)lower than 93.33%(28/30)in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion The swallowing rehabilitation training during the needle retention period of scalp needle can improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke, with remarkable clinical effect.
