The Preventive Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Combined with Air Pressure Therapy on Deep Venous Thrombasis s in Postoperative Pa-tients Undergoing Surgical Procedure
Objective To analyze the effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with air pressure therapy on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in patients after surgery. Methods 500 surgical patients admitted to the Seventh People's Hospital of Jinan from January 2022 to December 2023 were prospective randomly selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group(n=250)and observation group(n=250),according to the ran-dom number table method.Conventional air pressure therapy, air pressure therapy and low molecular weight heparin combined therapy were carried out respectively. The rehabilitation effect, incidence of deep venous thrombosis and co-agulation indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of rehabilitation in the observa-tion group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the observation group(0.80%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.291,P<0.05).The pro-thrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, thrombin time and fibrinogen in the observation group were bet-ter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The com-bination of low molecular weight heparin and air pressure therapy has a definite effect on postoperative patients and can significantly reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis.
