Clinical Effect Analysis of Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre Granule Combined with Xiyanping Injection in the Treatment of Children with Herpetic Angina
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre granule combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of herpetic angina in children.Methods From June 2022 to December 2023,116 children with her-petic angina in Dongda Hospital of Shanxian were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the ran-dom number table method,they were divided into control group(58 cases)and study group(58 cases).The control group was treated with traditional Xiyanping injection,while the study group was treated with Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre granule combined with Xiyanping injection.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor level and immunoglobulin level of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment rate of the study group was as high as 98.28%,which was lower than 86.21%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.336,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-α and procalcitonin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin A and immuno-globulin M in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of children with herpangina can not only significantly improve the therapeutic effect,but also effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors and regulate immune function.
