目的 分析膝关节微创技术及截骨术在膝关节骨病保膝治疗中的临床效果.方法 回顾性选取龙岩人民医院于2020年9月—2023年12月收治的100例膝关节骨病患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同将其分为两组,每组50例.对照组实施传统膝关节置换术治疗,研究组实施膝关节微创技术及截骨术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.369,P=0.036);研究组治疗后膝关节功能评定量表(Harris Hip Score,HSS)评分高于对照组,且视觉模拟评分(Visual Analog Scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组手术耗时、术后下地时间、愈合时间均短于对照组,且术中失血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.000,P=0.046).结论 膝关节微创技术及截骨术治疗膝关节骨病的疗效确切,相比传统方法,能提高治疗有效率,促进患者的术后恢复,降低疼痛和并发症的发生率.
Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Minimally Invasive Knee Technique and Osteotomy in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthropathy
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of minimally invasive knee techniques and osteotomies in the knee-preserving treatment of knee osteoarthropathy.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with knee osteoar-thropathy admitted to Longyan People's Hospital from September 2020 to December 2023 were retrospectively se-lected,and they were divided into two groups of 50 cases each according to different treatment programs.The control group was treated with traditional knee osteotomy,and the study group was treated with minimally invasive technique of knee joint and osteotomy,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.369,P=0.036);the Harris Hip Score(HSS)of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05);in the study group,the time consumed for surgery and the healing time were shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);and the total incidence of complications in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 16.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.000,P=0.046).Conclusion Minimally invasive osteotomy of the knee joint has been shown to be effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthropathy,improving treatment efficiency,promoting patients'postoperative recovery,and decreasing the incidence of pain and complications compared with traditional methods.
