Application of Ketorolac Tromethamine Combined with Butorphanol in Preemptive Analgesia in Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of ketorolac tromethamine combined with butorphanol on preemptive analgesia in laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 130 patients with endometrial cancer who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy under general anesthesia in Changle Qicheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were simple randomly selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=65)and study group(n=65)by random number table method. Both groups received routine anesthesia induction and anesthesia maintenance. The control group received butorphanol tartrate analgesia on this basis, and the study group received ketorolac tromethamine combined with butorphanol tartrate analgesia. The postoperative recovery,anal-gesic pump use, serum inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Re-sults There were no statistically significant differences in postoperative recovery time and respiratory recovery time between the two groups(both P>0.05).The use of analgesic drugs and the number of times of pressing analgesic pumps in the study group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After operation 1 day,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were significantly im-proved compared with those before operation, and those in the study group were better than the control group, the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was 6.15%,which was lower than 18.46%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.561,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined analgesic method of ketorolac tromethamine and butorphanol has a good analgesic effect on patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.
