Analysis of the Impact of Bronchoalveolar Lavage Combined with Immu-noglobulin on Prognosis Related Indicators in Children with Severe Myco-plasma Pneumonia
Objective To analyze the impact of bronchoalveolar lavage combined with immunoglobulin on prognosis related indicators in children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 126 children with severe myco-plasmal pneumonia(SMPP)admitted to Sanming Integrated Medicine Hospital from January to December 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method, with 63 cases in each group.Group A received bronchoalveolar lavage combined with hormone therapy, and group B received bronchoalveolar lavage combined with immunoglobulin therapy, both groups were treated for 5 days. The treatment effect, symptom improvement time and laboratory indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group B was 96.83%,which was higher than 85.71%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.881,P=0.027).The disappearance time of fever, cough, dry rale and wet rale in group B was shorter than that in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Af-ter treatment, the levels of white blood cells and D-dimer decreased, and the level of prealbumin increased, the im-provement effect of group B was better than that of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For children with severe mycoplasmal pneumonia, bronchoalveolar lavage combined with immuno-globulins has been shown to be effective in increasing the total response rate, shortening the time for symptom im-provement,and improving laboratory parameters, therefore,it is worth to select the best method to improve the progno-sis of the disease.
