目的 全膝关节置换术对晚期膝关节骨性关节炎治疗的效果评估.方法 回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年12月平度市人民医院收治的76例晚期膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床资料,按照不同手术方法分为分析组(38例)和对照组(38例).分析组进行全膝关节置换术,对照组进行常规关节镜手术.对两组恢复优良率、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(Hospital for Special Surgery Knee Score,HSS)、膝关节协会评分(Knee So-cirty Score,KSS)进行分析对比.结果 分析组恢复优良率为100.00%,高于对照组的84.21%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.524,P<0.05).治疗后,分析组HSS评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,分析组KSS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 晚期膝关节骨性关节炎患者实施全膝关节置换术能够提高优良率,并对关节功能进行改善.
Analyzing the Value of Total Knee Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Ad-vanced Osteoarthritis of the Knees
Objective Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of total knee arthroplasty on advanced knee osteoarthritis.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis admitted to Pingdu People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into analysis group(38 cases)and control group 38 cases)according to different surgical methods.The analysis group underwent total knee arthroplasty,and the control group underwent conventional arthroscopic surgery.The excellent and good rate of recovery,Hospital for Special Surgery Knee Score(HSS)and Knee Socirty Score(KSS)of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Re-sults The excellent and good rate of recovery in the analysis group was 100.00%,which was higher than 84.21%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.524,P<0.05).After treatment,the HSS score of the analysis group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the KSS score of the analysis group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Total knee arthroplasty in patients with advanced knee osteoar-thritis can improve the excellent rate and joint function.
