Analysis of the Effect of Body Position Change Combined with Fetal Head Rotation on the Delivery Mode of Parturients with Abnormal Fetal Position
Objective To explore the significance of position change combined with fetal head rotation in the delivery mode of mothers with abnormal fetal position. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of puerpera admitted to Teng-zhou Central People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study sub-jects,and were divided into the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases)according to the random number method.Puerpera in the control group received position change, puerpera in the observation group received position change+fetal head hand rotation. The success rate of fetal position correction, cesarean section rate, neonatal Apgar score and delivery time were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of fetal position cor-rection in the observation group was 65.00%,which was higher than 43.33%in the control group, and the cesarean section rate was 35.00%,which was lower than 56.67%in the control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(χ2=5.673,5.673,both P<0.05).The Apgar score of newborns in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the delivery time was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of posi-tion change and fetal head hand rotation can improve the success rate of fetal position correction in women with abnor-mal fetal position, and then reduce the cesarean section rate and shorten the delivery time of pregnant women.
