Efficacy Analysis of Low-dose Aspirin Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Hypertension of Pregnancy
Objective To explore the effect of low-dose aspirin combined with nifedipine treatment on hypertension of pregnancy. Methods A total of 92 patients with hypertension of pregnancy admitted to Loudi First People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects. They were divided into refer-ence group and inquiry group according to the order of admission, with 46 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with nifedipine, and the inquiry group was added low-dose aspirin. The coagulation indexes, blood pres-sure indexes, vascular endothelial function and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the coagulation index of the inquiry group was better than that of the reference group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in inquiry group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The level of ni-tric oxide in the inquiry group was higher than that in the reference group, and the level of endothelin-1 was lower than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was 4.35%,which was lower than 19.57%in the reference group, the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=5.060,P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose aspirin has a good regulatory effect on co-agulation function, can also restore endothelial status, stabilize blood pressure in patients with hypertension of preg-nancy,and prevent various adverse outcomes.
