Efficacy and Safety Analysis of is Ergometrine Maleate Combined with Oxytocin in Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of ergotrine maleate combined wiht oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods One hundred cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients admitted to Gaoyou People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly selected for the study,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of 50 cases each by random number method.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was coadministered with ergonovine maleate on its basis.Postpartum hemorrhage,coagulation function,adverse reactions,and clinical efficacy were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.741,P<0.05).Comparison of hemorrhage 30 min after delivery between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 2 h and 24 h after delivery,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The hemostasis time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Plasma fibrinogen,platelet and D-dimer of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Prothrombin time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.828,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of oxytocin and ergonovine maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can sig-nificantly shorten the action time,reduce the amount of bleeding,adjust the coagulation function and reduce the inci-dence of adverse reactions.
