Effect of Dezocine and Remifentanil on Anesthesia and Analgesia During Radical Resection of Abdominal Rectal Cancer
Objective The anesthetic effects of dezocine and remifentanil in transabdominal radical resection of ab-dominal rectal cancer were analyzed. Methods A total of 80 patients with rectal cancer who underwent surgery in the Department of Anesthesiology,Shanxian Central Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(remifentanil anesthesia)and study group(dezocine anes-thesia)by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The clinical effects after anesthesia and the re-lated indexes of respiration and circulation during anesthesia were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure, carbon dioxide partial pressure and other respira-tory and circulatory functions between the study group and the control group before anesthesia, during anesthesia,dur-ing surgery and during recovery(all P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in oxygen partial pressure between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The spontaneous recovery breathing time was(3.21±1.02)min,recovery time was(8.56±1.24)min and extuba-tion time was(11.26±1.02)min in the study group, which were shorter than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=5.027,3.872,2.617,all P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the study group were better than those of the control group at the time of anesthesia and after the operation, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with remifentanil, dezocine has better an-esthetic effect, which can reduce the degree of perioperative pain and improve hemodynamic indexes.
