摘要

目的 考察人性化护理服务模式实施在眼科门诊护理工作中的效果.方法 回顾性选取天津医科大学附属宝坻医院于2021年1月—2023年1月收治的72例患者的临床资料,根据护理方式的不同,分为对照组(n=36,常规护理)和观察组(n=36,人性化护理),比较两组患者的遵医行为、不良情绪评分、疼痛评分、生活质量评分以及护理满意度.结果 观察组的总依从率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.571,P<0.05).护理后,观察组的不良情绪评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组护理总满意度为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在眼科门诊护理工作中实施人性化护理服务模式,可显著提升患者的依从性以及护理满意度,并降低其不良情绪与疼痛感.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of the implementation of humanized nursing service mode in the nurs-ing work of ophthalmology clinic.Methods The clinical data of 72 patients admitted to the Baodi Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n=36,routine nursing)and observation group(n=36,human-ized nursing).The compliance behavior,negative emotions score,pain score,quality of life score and nursing satisfac-tion of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.571,P<0.05).After nursing,the adverse emotion score and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing service model can improve the compliance and nursing satisfaction of ophthalmic outpatient patients,and reduce their negative emo-tions and pain.
