The Influence of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Under Multidisciplinary Collaboration on Negative Emotions of Puerperal Women
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing under multidisciplinary cooperation on nega-tive emotions of puerperal women. Methods A total of 208 puerperal parturient women who gave birth in the Sixth People's Hospital of Heze City from March 2021 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as research objects and di-vided into control group and observation group by random sequence, with 104 cases in each group. The control group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing based on mul-tidisciplinary collaboration. The changes of negative emotions, mental resilience and postpartum conditions were com-pared between the two groups. Results The uterine relapse rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the milk secretion at the second week postpartum was higher than that in the control group, and the inci-dence and infection rate of postpartum deep vein thrombosis were lower than those in the control group, the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.325,2.952,2.849,all P<0.05).The scores of psychological resilience scale in the observation group were(38.07±3.96)points,(28.02±4.08)points and(15.49±2.64)points,which were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(t=3.115,3.085,2.344,all P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing under multidisciplinary collabo-ration can help reduce the psychological burden of parturients, reduce their anxiety and depression, and has clinical research value.
