The Impact of Customized Continuing Nursing Intervention for Pediatric Kawasaki Disease
Objective To analyze the effect of special disease customized continuous nursing intervention on children with mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome(hereinafter referred to as Kawasaki disease).Methods A total of 82 chil-dren with Kawasaki disease who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects by double-blind method.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group of routine nursing(n=41)and the study group of cus-tomized continuous nursing intervention for special diseases(n=41).The compliance score,quality of life and satisfac-tion of children were compared.Results The nursing compliance score of the study group was(91.13±2.13)points higher than(85.75±2.14)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.409,P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of customized con-tinuous nursing intervention on children with Kawasaki disease is definite,which has a positive impact on the progno-sis of children,and the nursing compliance score and quality of life are better,so as to improve the nursing satisfac-tion of children's families.
