Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance in Outpatients with Hypertension
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance in outpa-tient hypertensive patients. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with hypertension who were treated in the outpa-tient department of Baodi Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected. The patients were divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31)by different nursing methods. The corresponding routine nursing and comprehensive nursing were carried out respectively, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure level between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing, the blood pressure levels of the two groups decreased, and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the con-trol group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total compliance rate of treatment in the ob-servation group was 96.77%,which was higher than that of the control group(74.19%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.679,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of bad mood between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing, the bad mood score of the two groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality of life score and total nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce blood pressure levels in outpatient hypertensive patients, improve treatment compliance and negative emotions, and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
