Effect of Personalized Care Model on Postoperative Difficult Urination and Defecation in Patients Undergoing Hemorrhoid Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of personalized care mode on postoperative difficult urination and defeca-tion in patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery.Methods Eighty-four patients with hemorrhoids who underwent surgi-cal treatment in Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were conveniently se-lected for the study,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of 42 cases each in accordance with the method of random number table.The control group adopted conventional nursing care and the observation group adopted personalized nursing care,comparing the quality of life,psychological status,postoperative urination and defecation,nursing satisfaction and complication rate of patients in the two groups.Results The time of the first postoperative urination and the time of the first defecation situation in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05);after the intervention,the psychologi-cal state of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's 36-Item Short Form Survey Instrument score were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total complication rate of the observa-tion group was 2.38%and nursing satisfaction was 97.62%,which were better than 19.05%and 80.95%of the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.480,4.480,both P<0.05).Conclusion The applica-tion of personalized nursing intervention is effective,which can improve patients'discomfort,shorten the time of urination and defecation,improve the quality of life and satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
